Multiport Selector Valve Manifold

Multiport Selector Valve Manifold

Multiport Selector Valve Manifold (MSV) is a special type of inlet/production manifolds designed to effectively control single or multiple flow streams in well testing and production facilities. MSV is designed to replace conventional production manifolds, increasing efficiency and flexibility in terms of operation and mobilization. Applying MSV instead of conventional production manifolds allow operator save investment costs both on equipment and operation. Production manifolds are often bulky and hard to operate because of necessity to operate valves on each line for opening and closing, while in MSV, special central valve assembly with actuator allow to control flow direction of many ports; opening single line, gathering all lines for discharging to production facility, controlling flow of test separator. Depending on the client requirements, Rein Wellhead Equipment can design and fabricate MSV with actuator and control system, as well as supplying in-house designed and assembled manifold skid with piping, valves, and skid.

Rein Wellhead Equipment is capable to design Multiport Selector Valve Manifold for various working conditions, handling design pressure from 150# up to 1500#, and nominal sizes from 2” up to 16”. MSV can be designed for standard application, and special application, such as sour service, offshore, and low environment temperatures. Rein Wellhead Equipment is glad to consider cooperation on designing and fabricating MSV in China. We ensure cost-effective solution, while meeting American and international standards. Rein Wellhead Equipment supplies MSVs from China. Rein also supply wide variety of oilfield equipment for well testing, flowback and Early Production Facilities.
